RKA Consulting Group is proud to continue its longstanding partnership with Cal Poly Pomona, providing hands-on internship opportunities for aspiring civil engineers. We remain deeply committed to cultivating local talent and investing in the next generation of public infrastructure professionals.
 
Over the years, many of RKA’s full-time engineers—including several current project managers and senior staff—began their careers as interns through this very program. Interns at RKA gain exposure to real municipal projects, contributing to active projects and sharpening their technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
