This mixed-use commercial development along South Brea Canyon Road in the City of Diamond Bar includes a three-story, 47,642-square-foot medical office building featuring 34 office suites, and a four-story, 63,598-square-foot hotel with 124 guest rooms and an on-site restaurant.
 
The medical office building also included associated tenant improvements and was supported by coordinated public infrastructure and street improvements along Brea Canyon Road, completed in collaboration with Caltrans.
 
The hotel was developed under the Hampton Inn brand, with plans refined through multiple design phases to align with evolving commercial needs and market conditions.
 
Adjacent to the medical building, a separate parcel was entitled for a Popeyes drive-thru restaurant, which underwent plan check and permitting as part of a revised site utilization strategy.
 
This development contributes to the City’s commercial corridor by integrating medical, hospitality, and retail uses within a strategically located, high-traffic area.
