Raymond Tao and Elie Nasr reviewed these plans and have worked with the City building inspector on ADA access to the accessible rooms. Mr. Tao was involved with the pre-application phase along with modification requests for the fire rating of the building. Mr. Tao and Priska Cheng also worked on various revisions to the project including expedited review of challenging right-of-way issues with the entrances. Ms. Cheng and Mr. Tao are currently working with the architect on the increased occupant load of the proposed 5888 sf indoor dining and 3438 sf outdoor 2nd floor dining restaurant TI exceeding 300 occupants. RKA staff will be involved with future tenant improvements within the building including the amenities areas.
