This 435,630-sf project includes four buildings: 10,418 sf of retail/business space, a 283,463-sf mixed-use garage, and two residential buildings totaling 137,232 sf. Plans were reviewed with the City inspector to address ADA access and fire rating adjustments. RKA also expedited reviews for complex right-of-way revisions. The project is now undergoing tenant improvements altering original uses.
