RKA provided complete Building, MEP, and structural plan check and inspection 2023 for this 2-story, 20,630 sf classroom and worship center. The church building was reviewed by Fawwaz Ghabra for structural, and Raymond Tao for building, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical. The design has required several field changes that were all expedited and resolved with the owner's project supervisor. The reviews prevented costly delays. The unique topography and cost constraints of this hillside area church proved challenging to coordinate with the developer.
