LEMON TRAIL REHABILITATION PROJECT

City of Bradbury
Construction Budget: $200,000

Professional design, construction management, and inspection were provided to complete the improvements along Lemon Avenue in the City of Bradbury. Improvements consisted of providing a pedestrian trail path to an area that previously did not have a safe path of travel on either side of the street segment. Construction required various easements between the City and the local residents in the area in order to meet ADA requirements for a travel path. Improvements consisted of construction of concrete curb ramps, vinyl fence installation, stabilized decomposed granite trail and utility guy wire relocation. Work was completed in January of 2024. The project construction cost was $200,000.00.
