RKA Consulting Group served as the lead engineering firm for the Bradbury Road and Wild Rose Avenue Street Widening project in the City of Bradbury. Our team provided comprehensive professional services covering every phase from initial research through final construction.
 
The scope of work included widening on the north side of Wild Rose Avenue and the east side of Bradbury Road, stretching from Deodar Lane to Winding Oak Lane. RKA conducted utility research and coordination, topographic surveying  with Kelsoe and Associates, and geotechnical investigations in partnership with Converse Consultants to ensure a solid foundation for both road and retaining wall design.
 
We developed full construction bid documents, including plans, specifications, and detailed engineer’s estimates. Environmental compliance was handled in coordination with Environmental Planning Development Solutions, with biological assessments conducted by Hernandez Environmental Services.
 
During construction, RKA provided full construction management and inspection services. Our team reviewed RFIs, managed contractor coordination, tracked progress and compliance, and ensured all work met safety and design expectations. We also oversaw materials testing and administered grant funding through Caltrans, submitting all required documentation and preparing the project for audit readiness.
