RKA Consulting Group was retained by the City of Beverly Hills to provide professional engineering review services for the One Beverly Hills development, one of the most high-profile urban redevelopment projects in the region. RKA’s role focused on the technical analysis of the Vesting Tentative Tract Map (VTTM 83356) and associated planning documents to ensure alignment with the City's regulatory standards and conditions of approval.

RKA was tasked with evaluating the tract map in context with the City’s Resolution No. 21-R-13350 and all applicable exhibits, as well as verifying compliance with the One Beverly Hills Specific Plan Overlay.

Scope of Services Provided by RKA Included:

• Detailed review of Vesting TTM 83356 for consistency with the adopted resolution and Conditions of Approval
• Evaluation of the One Beverly Hills Specific Plan Overlay to ensure integration with proposed infrastructure improvements
• Review of proposed and existing utility modifications to assess conformance with City standards and long-term service compatibility

RKA delivered all comments and technical feedback within 20 calendar days of notice to proceed, ensuring the project timeline remained intact and the City's review process proceeded smoothly.
