The project required detailed review of fire life safety systems, accessibility, and high-piled storage compliance. RKA performed expedited plan checks to meet the owner’s aggressive construction schedule, with attention to structural and MEP coordination, fire wall separation, and egress requirements for non-occupied storage areas.
