Property includes 3-story, 47,642 sf medical office building with 34 unit offices and a 4-story, 63,598 sf hotel with 124 rooms and restaurant (construction almost complete).

The 3-story office building is almost complete with tenant improvements continuing. Site development was complicated with CalTrans delaying the project completion for street improvements. A compromised approach allowing partial occupancy was determined. The Hampton Inn has been approved however has gone under multiple changes due to the changing market. The final proposal is intended to occur in March 2024. The medical office building near Brea Canyon has now changed to a drive thru restaurant proposal for a Popeye's Restaurant that has gone through plan check and is waiting for resubmittal.
