389,458 sf total including sterile manufacturing, central utilities, lab/office areas, warehouse and hazardous materials building. The scope of work is for a 3-story mixed use hazardous occupancy (H-2, H-3/H-4), storage (S-1), office (B), and meeting rooms (A-2) type IIB building. Sterile manufacturing includes clean rooms processing pharmaceutical products, central utilities that maintain the facility to FDA standards, and high piled storage racking. Structural is steel braced frames with prefabricated truss walls.

The architectural review was performed by Raymond Tao. The structural review was done by Elie Nasr. MEP was reviewed by Tim Tran. Inspections were conducted by Tim Plains.
